2022 Annual Fees- Reminder

This is a courtesy reminder that the 2022 Annual Membership fees are due, and an invoice has been mailed out to all owners. Instructions on how to pay are HERE. If you are having issues obtaining your invoice, please email triona@cosgravemanagement.com as soon as possible to avoid late fees.

2022 Community Maintenance Update

The Orchards Residents Association has been awarded the contract to maintain Aurora for the 2022 Season. They provided a great service in 2021 and the Board is confident they will ensure the community is maintained to the high standard that the residents of Aurora expect.

The HOA maintenance areas and descriptions are located HERE.

The City of Edmonton Parks department role is to maintain, groom and address residents’ concerns and enquiries regarding the parks, green spaces, playgrounds, and pathways within Aurora. The Board has approved to supplement maintenance to The City of Edmonton areas that are not maintained adequately.

Architectural Control Audit

The architectural guidelines are designed to provide visual control for siting and color, and to obtain the best possible streetscape appearance. Applying these guidelines helps everyone, since it helps maintain, property values and creates a community look and feel that every resident can enjoy.

The Board has retained the services of an independent contractor to review the AC guidelines.

The entire Aurora community will be reviewed for compliance, and any residents that need to make changes will be informed directly. If you are unsure of the Architectural requirements, fence color and exterior finishes, landscaping, etc., the guidelines are located HERE.

We want to maintain a community for its aesthetic appeal throughout for many years to come!

Management Turnover

The Board has retained Cosgrave Consulting & Management Ltd to manage the day-to-day operations and finances of HOA from November 1st 2021 to April 1st 2022.

The Resident Directors continue to maintain full control over the HOA.
