2026 EARA Annual Fees
As approved by special resolution at our 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM), all future reminders and notices regarding annual fees will only be sent electronically to streamline communication and reduce costs.
The Edmonton Aurora Residents Association (EARA) fees are due January 1st annually. Fees are determined annually by the Resident Board of Directors and depend on the annual operating budget.
The 2026 annual fees have been set at $105 INC GST for the fiscal year January 1, 2026 – December 31st, 2026.
To avoid any late fees or penalties, please ensure that your contact information is up to date on your account. This will ensure you receive all future communications promptly.
